| Broccoli Cheese Casserole |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 | pkgs | Broccoli, thawed |
| 1/2 | cups | Butter or Margarine |
| 1 sm | boxes | Instant Rice |
| 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 | can | Cream of Celery Soup |
| 2 soup | cans | Milk |
| 1 sm | bottles | Cheese Whiz (8 oz. jar) |
| 1 | | Onion, chopped |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | In a sauce pan, combine soup, Cheez Whiz, and milk, adding milk gradually. |
| 2. | Heat to boiling |
| 3. | Melt butter in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish |
| 4. | Sprinkle rice over butter, add broccoli and onion |
| 5. | Pour soup mixture over broccoli |
| 6. | Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil. |
| 7. | Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes. |
