| Ingredients: |
| 1 3/4 - 2 | lb | Hamburger |
| 1 | cup | Onion, chopped |
| 1 - 2 | | cloves Garlic |
| 3 | cans | Chushed Tomatoes (1 lb 12 oz cans) |
| 2 | tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 2 | | Bay Leaves |
| 1 | can | Tomato Paste (6 oz) |
| 1 | can | Tomato Sauce (8 oz) |
| | Oregano |
| | Parsley Flakes |
| | Salt & Pepper |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Brown hamburger, onion and garlic |
| 2. | Drain grease |
| 3. | Add remaining ingredients |
| 4. | Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 hours |
