Caramel Icing |

Ingredients: |
6 | tbsp | Butter |
3/4 | cups | Brown Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Milk |
1 3/4 | cups | Powdered Sugar |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Melt butter in pan over low heat |
2. | Add brown sugar and boil over LOW heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly |
3. | Stir in milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly |
4. | Cool to lukewarm and gradually add powdered sugar and beat until thick enough to spread |
5. | If too thick, add a few drops of hot water |
