Caramel Icing

Ingredients:
6tbsp Butter
3/4cups Brown Sugar
3tbsp Milk
1 3/4cups Powdered Sugar
 
Instructions:
1.  Melt butter in pan over low heat
2.  Add brown sugar and boil over LOW heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly
3.  Stir in milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly
4.  Cool to lukewarm and gradually add powdered sugar and beat until thick enough to spread
5.  If too thick, add a few drops of hot water
