| Peanut Butter Cookie Bars |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 | cups | Butter or Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1/2 | cups | Peanut Butter |
| 1/2 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1/2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 | cups | Brown Sugar, packed |
| 1 | cup | Rolled Oats |
| 1 | | Egg |
| 1 | cup | Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 1/2 | cups | Powdered Sugar (b) |
| 1/4 | cups | Peanut Butter (b) |
| 3 | tbsp | Milk (b) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | In mixer bowl, beat butter and 1/2 c. peanut butter 30 seconds |
| 2. | Add sugar and brown sugar |
| 3. | Beat until fluffy |
| 4. | Beat in eggs and vanilla |
| 5. | Stir together flour, baking soda and salt |
| 6. | Add to the beaten mixture and beat until blended |
| 7. | Stir in the oats |
| 8. | Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan |
| 9. | Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes |
| 10. | Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top |
| 11. | Let chips stand for 5 minutes, then spread |
| 12. | Cool |
| 13. | Beat all (b) ingredients together to make icing |
| 14. | Drizzle icing over chocolate layer. (Makes 30 - 36 bars.) |
