| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 | cups | Butter or Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Graham Cracker Crumbs (12 - 13 squares) |
| 1 | cup | Coconut Flakes |
| 1 sm | pkgs | Chocolate Bits |
| 1 sm | pkgs | Butterscotch Bits |
| 1 | can | Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Nuts, chopped |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Melt butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan |
| 2. | Evenly layer remaining ingredients on top -- in order |
| 3. | Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes |
| 4. | Cool and cut into squares |
