Ingredients: |
1 | | Onion, chopped |
1 | lb | Hamburger |
3 1/2 | cups | Boiling Water |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
4 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
1 | cup | UNcooked Rice |
2 | cups | Celery, cut fine |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Brown onion and hamburger |
2. | Drain grease |
3. | Add soy sauce and salt to boiling water |
4. | Pour water over rest of ingredients in a casserole dish |
5. | Bake in moderate oven (350) 1 1/2 hour |
6. | Serves 6 |
