| Ingredients: |
| 1 | | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | lb | Hamburger |
| 3 1/2 | cups | Boiling Water |
| 1 | tbsp | Salt |
| 4 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | cup | UNcooked Rice |
| 2 | cups | Celery, cut fine |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Brown onion and hamburger |
| 2. | Drain grease |
| 3. | Add soy sauce and salt to boiling water |
| 4. | Pour water over rest of ingredients in a casserole dish |
| 5. | Bake in moderate oven (350) 1 1/2 hour |
| 6. | Serves 6 |
