Ship-Wreck Casserole |

Ingredients: |
1 | lb | Hamburger |
3 med | | Potatoes, peeled |
1 med | | Onion |
1 | can | Red Kidney Beans (No. 300 OR 1 lb can) |
1 | can | Tomato Soup, UNdiluted |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Crumble raw hamburger into bottom of casserole dish |
2. | Sprinkle salt and pepper over hamburger |
3. | Slice raw potatoes over hamburger |
4. | Slice raw onion over potatoes |
5. | Season with salt and pepper |
6. | Pour can of beans (including juice) over onions |
7. | Spread can of tomato soup over beans |
8. | Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes |
9. | Stick potatoes to see if done |
10. | Good reheated as a left over |
