| Ingredients: |
| 1 | lb | Hamburger |
| 3 med | | Potatoes, peeled |
| 1 med | | Onion |
| 1 | can | Red Kidney Beans (No. 300 OR 1 lb can) |
| 1 | can | Tomato Soup, UNdiluted |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Crumble raw hamburger into bottom of casserole dish |
| 2. | Sprinkle salt and pepper over hamburger |
| 3. | Slice raw potatoes over hamburger |
| 4. | Slice raw onion over potatoes |
| 5. | Season with salt and pepper |
| 6. | Pour can of beans (including juice) over onions |
| 7. | Spread can of tomato soup over beans |
| 8. | Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes |
| 9. | Stick potatoes to see if done |
| 10. | Good reheated as a left over |
