Dried Beef Casserole |

Ingredients: |
4 | oz | Dried Beef |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
3 | tbsp | Flour |
1 3/4 | cups | Milk |
1 | pkg | Frozen Peas, thawed |
2 | | Carrots, diced and cooked |
2 | cups | Soft Bread Crumbs (4 slices) |
1 | | Egg |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/4 | tsp | Pepper |

Instructions: |
1. | Mix bread crumbs with 1/2 c. milk |
2. | Add salt, pepper, and beaten egg |
3. | Let soak for 10 or 15 minutes |
4. | Brown meat in butter |
5. | Sprinkle flour, add remaining milk, peas and carrots |
6. | Turn meat mixture into a baking dish |
7. | Cover with crumb mixture |
8. | Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes |
