| Dried Beef Casserole |

| Ingredients: |
| 4 | oz | Dried Beef |
| 2 | tbsp | Butter |
| 3 | tbsp | Flour |
| 1 3/4 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | pkg | Frozen Peas, thawed |
| 2 | | Carrots, diced and cooked |
| 2 | cups | Soft Bread Crumbs (4 slices) |
| 1 | | Egg |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix bread crumbs with 1/2 c. milk |
| 2. | Add salt, pepper, and beaten egg |
| 3. | Let soak for 10 or 15 minutes |
| 4. | Brown meat in butter |
| 5. | Sprinkle flour, add remaining milk, peas and carrots |
| 6. | Turn meat mixture into a baking dish |
| 7. | Cover with crumb mixture |
| 8. | Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes |
