Beef Stew in Crock Pot |

Ingredients: |
2 - 2 1/2 | lb | Beef in cubes or Stew Meat |
1 clove | | Garlic |
1 | | Bay Leaf |
3 lg | | Potatoes, cut up in 4 pieces |
3 or 4 | | Carrots, cut up |
2 | | stalks Celery, cut up |
3 or 4 sm | | Whole Onions |
1 1/2 | cups | Beef Broth |
| | Flour |

Instructions: |
1. | Roll meat in flour |
2. | Place meat in bottom of crock pot |
3. | Add all ingredients except broth |
4. | Pour broth over all other ingredients |
5. | Stir 1 time to blend well |
6. | Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours |
7. | Stir once before serving |
8. | Make its own gravy after 10 to 12 hours |
9. | Serve with rolls |
