No Peek Chicken |

Ingredients: |
3 | lb | Chicken, cut up |
1 3/4 | cups | Rice (long - cooking) |
1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
1 | can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
1 1/2 | cans | Water |
1 | pkg | Dry Onion Soup Mix |

Instructions: |
1. | Combine rice, soups, water, and half of onion mixture. |
2. | Put in bottom of large casserole pan |
3. | Lay chicken pieces on top on mixture and sprinkle with remaining onion mix |
4. | Do NOT add salt |
5. | Cover well (with 2 thicknesses of foil if top is not available) |
6. | Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours |
7. | Do NOT peek while cooking! |
