No Peek Chicken

Ingredients:
3lb Chicken, cut up
1 3/4cups Rice (long - cooking)
1can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2cans Water
1pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
 
Instructions:
1.  Combine rice, soups, water, and half of onion mixture.
2.  Put in bottom of large casserole pan
3.  Lay chicken pieces on top on mixture and sprinkle with remaining onion mix
4.  Do NOT add salt
5.  Cover well (with 2 thicknesses of foil if top is not available)
6.  Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours
7.  Do NOT peek while cooking!
