| No Peek Chicken |

| Ingredients: |
| 3 | lb | Chicken, cut up |
| 1 3/4 | cups | Rice (long - cooking) |
| 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 | can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 1/2 | cans | Water |
| 1 | pkg | Dry Onion Soup Mix |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Combine rice, soups, water, and half of onion mixture. |
| 2. | Put in bottom of large casserole pan |
| 3. | Lay chicken pieces on top on mixture and sprinkle with remaining onion mix |
| 4. | Do NOT add salt |
| 5. | Cover well (with 2 thicknesses of foil if top is not available) |
| 6. | Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours |
| 7. | Do NOT peek while cooking! |
