Chicken and Rice |

Ingredients: |
1 1/2 | cups | Long - Grain Rice |
3 | cups | Water |
3 | tbsp | Liptons Dry Onion Soup |
8 pieces | | Chicken |
2 | cans | Cream of Mushroom Soup |

Instructions: |
1. | Grease casserole dish |
2. | Spread dry rice in bottom |
3. | Pour water over rice |
4. | Sprinkle dry onion soup over mixture |
5. | Salt and pepper chicken to taste |
6. | Place chicken skin side up on top of rice mixture |
7. | Spread mushroom soup over top of chicken |
8. | Cover tightly and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees |
