Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
1 1/2cups Long - Grain Rice
3cups Water
3tbsp Liptons Dry Onion Soup
8 pieces Chicken
2cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
 
Instructions:
1.  Grease casserole dish
2.  Spread dry rice in bottom
3.  Pour water over rice
4.  Sprinkle dry onion soup over mixture
5.  Salt and pepper chicken to taste
6.  Place chicken skin side up on top of rice mixture
7.  Spread mushroom soup over top of chicken
8.  Cover tightly and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees
