Cheesy Baked Chicken |

Ingredients: |
5 slices | | Bread, slightly dry | 1 | tsp | Parsley | 1/8 | tsp | Pepper | 2 | tsp | Salt | 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Salt | 4 | oz | Shredded Cheddar Cheese | 1 | pkg | Chicken Breasts | 1/2 | cups | Butter, melted |

Instructions: |
1. | Process pieces of bread in a blender until rather fine | 2. | Toss bread crumbs with parsley, pepper, salt, garlic salt and cheese | 3. | Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs | 4. | Place in a shallow pan and drizzle with remaining melted butter | 5. | Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour | 6. | Serves 6 |
