4 | quarts | Pickles, sliced | 2 | quarts | Onions, sliced | | | Salt Water | 5 | cups | Vinegar | 4 | cups | Sugar | 2 | tbsp | Mixed Spices | 1 | tsp | Celery Seed | 1 | tsp | Mustard Seed | 2 | tbsp | Tumeric |

Instructions: |
1. | Soak sliced pickles and onions in salt water overnight | 2. | Boil vinegar, sugar, mixed spices, celery seed, mustard seed, and tumeric | 3. | Add pickles and onions, but do NOT boil | 4. | Can while they are hot |
