| 8 | quarts | Popped Corn | | 2 | cups | Brown Sugar, packed | | 1 | cup | Butter, melted | | 1/2 | cups | Karo | | 1/2 | tsp | Baking Soda | | pinches | Cream of Tartar | | dash | | Salt |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Cook all ingredients except soda, cream of tartar, salt and corn over med heat to 234 - 238 degrees | | 2. | Stir in soda, cream of tartar and salt | | 3. | Stir until foamy | | 4. | Pour over popped corn and stir | | 5. | Place in a baking dish | | 6. | Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour | | 7. | Stir every 15 minutes |
