Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:
8quarts Popped Corn
2cups Brown Sugar, packed
1cup Butter, melted
1/2cups Karo
1/2tsp Baking Soda
pinches Cream of Tartar
dash Salt
 
Instructions:
1.  Cook all ingredients except soda, cream of tartar, salt and corn over med heat to 234 - 238 degrees
2.  Stir in soda, cream of tartar and salt
3.  Stir until foamy
4.  Pour over popped corn and stir
5.  Place in a baking dish
6.  Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour
7.  Stir every 15 minutes
