Ingredients: |
1 | lb | Ground Beef (a) |
2/3 | cups | Instant Non-fat Dry Milk, UNmixed (a) |
1/3 | cups | Fine Bread Crumbs (a) |
1 | | Egg (a) |
2 | tbsp | Minced Onion (a) |
1 | tsp | Salt (a) |
| | Pepper (a) |
2 | tbsp | Catsup (a) |
1 | cup | Catsup |
2 | cups | Water |
1 sm | | Onion, chopped |
5 | tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
6 | tbsp | Sugar |
6 | tbsp | Water |

Instructions: |
1. | Preheat oven to 400 degrees |
2. | Mix all (a) ingredients together thoroughly |
3. | Shape into balls |
4. | Bake on a greased pan for 20 - 30 minutes |
5. | Spear with toothpicks |
6. | May be served plain or with sauce |
7. | For sauce; mix all remaining ingredients in a baking dish |
8. | Put meatballs (without toothpicks) in the mixture |
9. | Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 325 degrees |
10. | Makes about 36 meatballs |
