Potato Wedges |

Ingredients: |
3 | | potatoes |
1/4 | cups | butter [room temp] |
1 | | clove garlic |
1/4 | cups | grated Parmesan cheese |
|
Instructions: |
1. | combine butter and garlic |
2. | Cut each potato scrubbed put unpeeled into 8 wedges |
3. | Place wedges on lightly greased cookie sheet |
4. | Brush potatoes with butter mixture |
5. | Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper |
6. | Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tender |
7. | Serves 4 |
