| Ingredients: |
| 3 | | potatoes |
| 1/4 | cups | butter [room temp] |
| 1 | | clove garlic |
| 1/4 | cups | grated Parmesan cheese |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | combine butter and garlic |
| 2. | Cut each potato scrubbed put unpeeled into 8 wedges |
| 3. | Place wedges on lightly greased cookie sheet |
| 4. | Brush potatoes with butter mixture |
| 5. | Sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper |
| 6. | Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tender |
| 7. | Serves 4 |
