| Ingredients: |
| 2 | cups | flour [almost] |
| | sprinkle salt |
| 3 to 4 | tsp | Crisco |
| 4 | | egg yolks |
| 2 | | whole eggs |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Beat eggs and yolks together |
| 2. | cut Crisco into flour |
| 3. | Work all together --- add additional flour if need for right consistency |
| 4. | Divide dough in thirds |
| 5. | roll on floured surface and cut into squares |
| 6. | Note: Mom used 2 and half batches when feeding the whole family |
