Ingredients: |
2 | cups | flour [almost] |
| | sprinkle salt |
3 to 4 | tsp | Crisco |
4 | | egg yolks |
2 | | whole eggs |

Instructions: |
1. | Beat eggs and yolks together |
2. | cut Crisco into flour |
3. | Work all together --- add additional flour if need for right consistency |
4. | Divide dough in thirds |
5. | roll on floured surface and cut into squares |
6. | Note: Mom used 2 and half batches when feeding the whole family |
