Custard Pie |

Ingredients: |
3 | | eggs [beat good] |
| pinches | salt |
1/2 | cups | granulated sugar |
1 | tsp | wondra flour [rounding] |
1/2 | tsp | nutmeg |
1 | tsp | vanilla |
1 1/4 | cups | milk |
| | spinkle nutmeg |

Instructions: |
1. | beat eggs sprinkled with salt |
2. | combine sugar & wondra flour - add to eggs beat again |
3. | add nutmeg, vanilla |
4. | add milk |
5. | pour in pie pan, sprinkle nutmeg on top |
6. | bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes |
7. | Turn down to 375 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes until done in middle. |
