| Custard Pie |
| (One of Grandma's Favorites!) |

| Ingredients: |
| 3 | | eggs [beat good] |
| pinches | salt |
| 1/2 | cups | granulated sugar |
| 1 | tsp | wondra flour [rounding] |
| 1/2 | tsp | nutmeg |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
| 1 1/4 | cups | milk |
| | spinkle nutmeg |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | beat eggs sprinkled with salt |
| 2. | combine sugar & wondra flour - add to eggs beat again |
| 3. | add nutmeg, vanilla |
| 4. | add milk |
| 5. | pour in pie pan, sprinkle nutmeg on top |
| 6. | bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes |
| 7. | Turn down to 375 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes until done in middle. |
