| Strawberry Pie |
| (One of Grandma's Favorites!) |

| Ingredients: |
| 2/3 | cups | sugar |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp | corn starch |
| | sprinkle salt |
| 1 | cup | water |
| 3 | tbsp | Strawberry jello |
| | red food coloring |
| 1 | quart | cleaned strawberries |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix sugar, corn starch and salt |
| 2. | add water- mix until smooth |
| 3. | cook on medium heat until thick and bubbles |
| 4. | remove from heat and add Strawberry jello and a little food coloring- stir well |
| 5. | let set until cool and then mix with strawberries |
| 6. | put in pre baked pie shell |
| 7. | Put in refrigerator until sets up |
