| 4 | | eggs |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
| 1/2 | cups | oil (or 1/2 cups oleo) |
| 1 | can | mandarine oranges & juice |
| 1 | cup | nuts (optional) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | beat 4 mins |
| 2. | add nuts |
| 3. | pour into 9 x 13 pan, grease & flour |
| 4. | bake at 350 deg for 20 - 30 minutes |
