Pumpkin Pie |
(One of Grandma's Favorites!) |

Ingredients: |
5 | | eggs |
29 | oz | can Libbys pumpkin |
2 | cups | sugar |
3 | tsp | Wondra flour [scant] |
3 | tsp | cinnamon [slighlty rounded] |
1/2 | tsp | ginger |
1 | tsp | salt |
| | pumpkin can full of millk |
| | sprinkle cinnamon |

Instructions: |
1. | Beat eggs, add pumpkin |
2. | add sugar which has been blended with Wondra flour -mix |
3. | add cinnamon, ginger and salt |
4. | add milk and mix |
5. | put into 3 unbaked pie shells [one 10" & two 9"] |
6. | sprinkle cinnamon on top |
7. | Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes |
8. | Turn down to 375 degrees and bake for 30 to 45 minutes |
9. | Done when pumpkin is moving in middle |
