| Pumpkin Pie |
| (One of Grandma's Favorites!) |

| Ingredients: |
| 5 | | eggs |
| 29 | oz | can Libbys pumpkin |
| 2 | cups | sugar |
| 3 | tsp | Wondra flour [scant] |
| 3 | tsp | cinnamon [slighlty rounded] |
| 1/2 | tsp | ginger |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| | pumpkin can full of millk |
| | sprinkle cinnamon |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Beat eggs, add pumpkin |
| 2. | add sugar which has been blended with Wondra flour -mix |
| 3. | add cinnamon, ginger and salt |
| 4. | add milk and mix |
| 5. | put into 3 unbaked pie shells [one 10" & two 9"] |
| 6. | sprinkle cinnamon on top |
| 7. | Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes |
| 8. | Turn down to 375 degrees and bake for 30 to 45 minutes |
| 9. | Done when pumpkin is moving in middle |
