Ingredients: |
1/2 | cups | sugar |
1/2 | cups | brown sugar |
1/2 | cups | margarine [melted] |
3/4 | cups | quick oats |
1 | cup | milk |
3/4 | cups | light karo syrup |
2 | | eggs |
1 | tsp | vanilla |
1 | cup | coconut |
1/2 | cups | pecans [chopped] |
| | sprinkle salt |

Instructions: |
1. | beat eggs in big bowl |
2. | add sugars- mix with mixer |
3. | stir in rest of ingredients except for pecans using large spoon |
4. | put in unbaked 10" pie shell - sprinkle pecans on top |
5. | Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes |
6. | Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes |
