Butterscotch Pie |

Ingredients: |
3/4 | cups | brown sugar [packed] |
3 | tbsp | butter |
1/4 | cups | boiling water |
2 | | egg yolks |
3 | tbsp | wondra flour |
1/4 | tsp | salt |
2 | cups | milk |

Instructions: |
1. | Mix brown sugar, butter, water- roll boil in skillet for 3 to 5 minutes |
2. | separate mixture- egg yolks, salt, liitle bit of milk-add flour-add rest of milk |
3. | add milk mixture fast to line 1 sugar mixture |
4. | cook until thickens and boils all over |
5. | put in baked pie shell |
