| Butterscotch Pie |

| Ingredients: |
| 3/4 | cups | brown sugar [packed] |
| 3 | tbsp | butter |
| 1/4 | cups | boiling water |
| 2 | | egg yolks |
| 3 | tbsp | wondra flour |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cups | milk |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix brown sugar, butter, water- roll boil in skillet for 3 to 5 minutes |
| 2. | separate mixture- egg yolks, salt, liitle bit of milk-add flour-add rest of milk |
| 3. | add milk mixture fast to line 1 sugar mixture |
| 4. | cook until thickens and boils all over |
| 5. | put in baked pie shell |
