| 8 | oz | sharp cheddar cold pack | | 8 | oz | cream cheese | | 2 | tbsp | margarine [not melted] | | 2 | tsp | chopped pimentos | | 2 | tsp | chopped green pepper | | 2 | tsp | chopped onion | | 1 | tsp | worchestershire | | 1/2 | tsp | lemon juice | | | chopped pecans |

| 1. | combine cheeses, and margarine | | 2. | add onion, green pepper, pimentos, worchestershire and lemon juice | | 3. | make into ball | | 4. | roll in pecans |
