| 3 | cups | chicken broth | | 1/2 | cups | onion, chopped | | 1/4 | cups | celery, chopped | | 10 | oz | cut frozen okra | | 16 | oz | tomatoes | | 1/2 | tsp | salt | | 1/8 | tsp | pepper | | 1/4 | cups | rice, uncooked | | 2 | cups | chicken, cooked and dices | | 1/8 | tsp | cayenne pepper |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Skim fat from cold chicken broth. Heat broth to boiling. | | 2. | Add vegetables, seasonings, rice and chicken. | | 3. | Cover and cook slowly 15 minutes, until vegetables and rice are tender. |
