Smoked Sausage or Hot Dog Appetizers |

Ingredients: |
2 | lb | smoked sausage or hot dogs cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
1 | | medium onion sliced thin |
1 | cup | catsup |
2 | tbsp | worchestershire sauce |
1/2 | cups | brown sugar |
1/4 | tsp | pepper |
1 | cup | water |
2 | tbsp | vinegar |
2 | tbsp | lemon juice |
1 | tsp | dry mustard |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
2 | lb | velveeta cheese cut into small squares |

Instructions: |
1. | Cook meat for 10 minutes in 3/4 cup water. |
1. | Put cheese and salsa in large bowl and microwave on high stirring every 2 minutes |
2. | Combine all ingredients in crock pot. |
2. | Do this until creamy [usually 8-10 minutes] |
3. | Add meat to crock pot.and cook on low. |
