| Smoked Sausage or Hot Dog Appetizers |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 | lb | smoked sausage or hot dogs cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
| 1 | | medium onion sliced thin |
| 1 | cup | catsup |
| 2 | tbsp | worchestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | cups | brown sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
| 1 | cup | water |
| 2 | tbsp | vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp | dry mustard |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | lb | velveeta cheese cut into small squares |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Cook meat for 10 minutes in 3/4 cup water. |
| 1. | Put cheese and salsa in large bowl and microwave on high stirring every 2 minutes |
| 2. | Combine all ingredients in crock pot. |
| 2. | Do this until creamy [usually 8-10 minutes] |
| 3. | Add meat to crock pot.and cook on low. |
