Ingredients: |
1 1/2 | cups | granulated sugar |
1/2 | cups | shortening |
2 | | eggs |
2 | cups | flour |
1 | tsp | soda |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
1 | tsp | vanilla |
1/4 | cups | vinegar |
1/4 | cups | milk |
1 | cup | mashed bananas |

Instructions: |
1. | (a) beat sugar and shortening together, add 2 eggs |
2. | (b) sift flour with soda and salt |
3. | (c) mix vinegar and milk |
4. | heat the sugar & shortening (a) |
5. | add the flour mixture (b) and milk mixture (c) alternately to the sugar & |
6. | add bananas and vanilla last |
7. | heat well |
8. | greased and floured loaf pan, 375 deg for 30 minutes or less |
