Buckeye Candy |

Ingredients: |
1 | | stick margarine (softened) |
1 | lb | powdered sugar |
1 1/2 | cups | jif peanut butter |
1 | lb | melting chocolate |
| | wax paper and toothpicks |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Mix margarine, sugar and peanut butter well. |
3. | After rolling balls place in freezer for 10 minutes. |
4. | Melt chocolate in double broiler. |
5. | Insert toothpick into center of buckeye and dip into melted chocolate leaving small area on top |
6. | Place on wax paper to set chocolate. Remove toothpick. |
7. | Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove from refrigerator. |
8. | Close toothpick holes with fingers |
