Microwave White Chocolate Candy

Ingredients:
1lb white chocolate
1cup salted spanish peanuts
3cups stick pretzels
 
Instructions:
1.  Melt white chocolate in microwave for approximately 2 minutes [It will look solid]
2.  Add peanuts and pretzels.
3.  Stir to coat.
4.  Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan.
5.  Refrigerate 20 minutes.
6.  Use pancake turner to remove.
