Microwave White Chocolate Candy |

Ingredients: |
1 | lb | white chocolate |
1 | cup | salted spanish peanuts |
3 | cups | stick pretzels |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Melt white chocolate in microwave for approximately 2 minutes [It will look solid] |
2. | Add peanuts and pretzels. |
3. | Stir to coat. |
4. | Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan. |
5. | Refrigerate 20 minutes. |
6. | Use pancake turner to remove. |
