Christmas Pecans

Ingredients:
1lb pecans
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1cup sugar
1/4tsp salt
2tbsp cinnamon
 
Instructions:
1.  Mix pecans and egg whites.
2.  Mix with dry ingredients.
3.  Spread in jelly roll pan.
4.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
5.  Break apart and store in air tight container.
