Ingredients: |
1 | lb | pecans |
2 | | egg whites, beaten stiff |
1 | cup | sugar |
1/4 | tsp | salt |
2 | tbsp | cinnamon |
|
Instructions: |
1. | Mix pecans and egg whites. |
2. | Mix with dry ingredients. |
3. | Spread in jelly roll pan. |
4. | Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
5. | Break apart and store in air tight container. |
