| Ingredients: |
| 1 | lb | pecans |
| 2 | | egg whites, beaten stiff |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | tbsp | cinnamon |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix pecans and egg whites. |
| 2. | Mix with dry ingredients. |
| 3. | Spread in jelly roll pan. |
| 4. | Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
| 5. | Break apart and store in air tight container. |
