Banana Pudding |
(One of Grandma's Favorites!) |

Ingredients: |
1 1/2 | cups | brown sugar packed |
6 | tbsp | butter |
1/2 | cups | boiling water |
4 | | egg yolks, beaten well |
6 | tbsp | Wondra flour |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
4 | cups | milk |
2 | tbsp | lemon juice |
| | chopped peanuts |
7- 8 | | sliced bananas |
| | |

Instructions: |
1. | Roll boil brown sugar, butter, water for 3-5 minutes |
2. | Beat egg yolks, then add a little milk, add flour and salt and add rest of milk and mix. |
3. | Add egg, milk mixture fast to brown sugar mixture and cook until thickens and boils all over pan. |
4. | Let cool. When cool add lemon juice to pudding and mix. |
5. | Layer pudding, bananans and chopped peanuts and repeat. |
