| Ingredients: |
| 1 | box | yellow butter cake mix |
| 3/4 | cups | salad oil |
| 3 | | eggs |
| 1 | | small can mandarin oranges (juices & all) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | using mixer, mix well in large bowl |
| 2. | pour into 9x13 greased and floured cake pan |
| 3. | bake 350 deg for 25 to 30 mins |
