| Ingredients: |
| 2 | cups | flour |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | cup | nuts |
| 1 1/2 | cups | sugar |
| 2 | tsp | soda |
| 1 | can | fruit cocktail (juice & all) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | mix all in large bowl by hand |
| 2. | pour into 9x12 greased and floured cake pan |
| 3. | bake 325 deg for about 40 mins |
