| Yellow Lemon Cake |

| Ingredients: |
| 1 | | yellow cake mix |
| 1 | box | lemon jello |
| 2 | | eggs |
| 3/4 | cups | water |
| 3/4 | cups | salad oil |
| 2 | cups | powdered sugar |
| 1/3 | cups | lemon juice |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | mix cake mix and jello |
| 2. | add eggs and water, beat 2 minutes |
| 3. | add salad oil, beat 2 minutes |
| 4. | bake at 350 deg for 35 - 40 minutes |
| 5. | while cake is hot, prick top with fork |
| 6. | pour on mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice |
