| Crunchy Top Apple Dessert |

| Ingredients: |
| 2 | cups | flour |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 3/4 | cups | Pillsbury Coconut Pecan or Coconut Almond frosting mix, reserve remaining |
| 2 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 | cups | milk |
| 1/3 | cups | cooking oil |
| 1 | tsp | rum flavoring or almond extract, if desired |
| 2 | | eggs |
| 4 - 5 | | peeled, sliced cooking apples |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | in large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except apples |
| 2. | beat 3 min at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally |
| 3. | pour into ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan |
| 4. | spoon apples evenly over batter |
| 5. | Add frosting before baking |
| 6. | bake at 350 deg for 35 to 40 min until apples are tender and top is light golden brown |
