| Ingredients: |
| 2 | lb | Hamburger |
| 1 | | Egg |
| 1 | | Bread (broken in fine pieces) |
| 1 | | Med. Onion, chopped |
| | Salt & Pepper |
| 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| |
| Instructions: |
| 1. | Mix all ingredients except soup and milk. |
| 2. | Shape mixture into small patties& brown both sides of patties. |
| 3. | Drain grease. |
| 4. | Pour soup and milk over patties and simmer for 20 min. or until done. |
