| Fish Fillet Almondine |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/4 | cups | Coconut oil OR butter |
| 3 | tbsp | Slivered Almonds |
| 2 | lb | Fish Fillets |
| 1 | tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Salt |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. |
| 2. | Add almonds and sautee 2-3 min. |
| 3. | Remove almonds and set aside. |
| 4. | In remaining oil, cook fish 3-4 min or until fish flakes when pierced with fork. |
| 5. | Remove to warm platter. |
| 6. | Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and almonds to pan drippings: spoon over fish. |
