Fish Fillet Almondine

Ingredients:
1/4cups Coconut oil OR butter
3tbsp Slivered Almonds
2lb Fish Fillets
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Garlic Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
 
Instructions:
1.  Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet.
2.  Add almonds and sautee 2-3 min.
3.  Remove almonds and set aside.
4.  In remaining oil, cook fish 3-4 min or until fish flakes when pierced with fork.
5.  Remove to warm platter.
6.  Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and almonds to pan drippings: spoon over fish.
