Fettuccine Alfredo |

Ingredients: |
6 | quarts | Water |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | lb | Fettuccine |
8 | tbsp | Unsalted Butter |
1 | cup | Heavy Cream |
1 | cup | Parmesan Cheese |
| | Salt & Pepper (to taste) |

Instructions: |
1. | Bring water and salt to a rolling boil. |
2. | Add fettuccine and cook until tender, but firm. |
3. | Melt butter in a large skillet over med. heat. |
4. | Drain pasta and add to skillet along with cream, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. |
5. | Toss until well-coated. |
