| Ingredients: |
| 6 | quarts | Water |
| 2 | tbsp | Salt |
| 1 | lb | Fettuccine |
| 8 | tbsp | Unsalted Butter |
| 1 | cup | Heavy Cream |
| 1 | cup | Parmesan Cheese |
| | Salt & Pepper (to taste) |

| Instructions: |
| 1. | Bring water and salt to a rolling boil. |
| 2. | Add fettuccine and cook until tender, but firm. |
| 3. | Melt butter in a large skillet over med. heat. |
| 4. | Drain pasta and add to skillet along with cream, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. |
| 5. | Toss until well-coated. |
