Ingredients: |
7 | cups | Potatoes, thinly sliced (3 lbs.) |
1 | lb | Ground Beef |
11 | oz | Condensed Nacho Cheese Soup |
1/2 | tsp | Oregano |
3 1/2 | oz | Sliced Pepperoni (or other pizza topping) |
1-2 | cups | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (4-8 oz) |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | can | Tomato Soup (10.75 oz) |
1/2 | cups | Onion, chopped |
1 | tsp | Sugar |

Instructions: |
1. | Place potatoes in a greased 13x9x2 dish. |
2. | In a skillet, brown and drain beef. |
3. | Separately combine cheese soup and milk in a saucepan: heat thoroughly. |
4. | In a mixing bowl, combine tomato soup, onion, sugar and oregano. |
5. | Sprinkle ground beef over potatoes. |
6. | Pour cheese mixture over beef. |
7. | Top with tomato soup mixture and pepperonis. |
8. | Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours (until potatoes are done) |
9. | Let stand 5 min. |
10. | *In a hurry or crock pot style: combine both soup mixtures, stir. Add all potatoes and meat. Stir |
